| FYI - On this platform g6 is gen 1.0 Aura is 2.0 and Malibu is 3.0. It's more refinded and worked over then these other two cars on the same great platform. |

| I know that my dad's 2001 malibu rides pretty smoothly for a $20,000 car. it definitely won't attract any attention. it's one of the most boring cars on the streets, with acceleration and handling that would make you yawn, and styling that would put you to sleep. it's perfect for my 68 year old dad! it's great that chevy is trying to attract a younger market with the 2008. I personally would never buy an american car. |

| Weve had our 2008 Malibu 2LT for just under a year now and I love that car!We paid just under $28,000 for a fully equipped model and it rides like a much more expensive car.Its handling in bad weather conditions,like ice and snow is superb which as most midwesterners know is a must for this winter. Im a big guy so its not as roomy as i would like but with the seat back and down all the way i have plenty of head and leg room. I just love it! yeah it could be better ..but what car couldnt? |
