For all the people out there saying this is some kind of scam, you should take the time to read up on the numerous personal achievements of people who have successfully created their own water-powered cars.

The HHO generator/ steam conversion engine is a workable system, but it is not as efficient as he claimed.
I take a Lpm of HHo to run a standard engine and it takes an equivilant of electricity to produce it.
You can run a vehicle on water and through electrolysis, produce Hydrogen gas to burn. You hae stay within the laws of physics to make it happen.
He died from stress and guilt!
Oh and by the way everyone knows you can run diesel engines on vegetable oil. That's no big secret. The original diesel engines ran on peanut oil.
Oil and gas companies do not fear this crap. Creators of this garbage probably do get killed, for being fucking annoying.
Unfortunately, it is the same technology that powers "flying discs". It uses the metals bismuth, zinc, and magnesium.
1) Bismuth repels magnetic fields, and therefore, also repels moving electrons.
2) Zinc releases large quantities of electrons when exposed to ultraviolet light (photoelectric effect)
3) Magnesium, when burned, releases large quantities of ultraviolet light
4) Electrolyzed water H+ ions reduces (de-oxidizes) the magnesium
